how can i create stagging environment for jira service desk cloud

i want to create staging environment for my jira service desk cloud environment. can any body guide through step by step instructions.

Atlassian don't provide test systems (it sort of defeats the purpose of SAAS), so you have two options:

• Buy a separate Cloud system to use as Staging (don't try to use a Server install, they're too different)
