I can add custom fields and select what fields to show, But is there a way to custom the form itself , aka, organize and custom the fields appearance in a different way ( a filed will appear in the window in another place, set 2 custom fields one near another , make some fields font different etc)
you can go into the specific screen configuration you are interested in and simply drag and drop the fields. Of course the precise details depends on whether you are on Cloud/Server and if Cloud if you are using Classic or Next-gen.
Ok but if I want to rearrange fields in the form like putting two filed side by side.
example: the re are 2 fileds:
Customer : vvvv
reporter :xxxx
i don't want those fields to be one bellow other but grouped by 2 columns like this
Customer: vvvv reoprter :xxxx
