how can I map security level field in synchronization

Security level filed is not visible in synchronization mapping with ALM. How can I make security level field visible.

This field in mandatory with in JIRA.

Please can you give a little more info to help people answer this? What are you synchronising with and by what method? Are you using a particular add-on?
