Is it possible to create a generic user (without valid email address) in Jira?
Currently in User Management screen we just see Invite Users link only.
We intend to use this user for our storyteller-jira integration to push user stories. so that user story pushed from story-teller will have that user as the Reporter in Jira.
You can create a user and not put them in any of the logon groups. However they must have an email address. Since you'll be assigning them as reporter I don't know if they will need the create or browse permission. I've never done that.
