hasLinks does not give any hits when using scriptrunner cloud version

There obviously are issues with issuelink "tests" but when I use

hasLinks = "tests"

it does not show any issues.

Thank you for your question.

I can confirm that when you first install ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud that you will need to synchronise JQL Keywords using the instructions in the Knowledge Base article here.

Can you please follow the steps in this knowledge Base article to see if it resolves your issue and allows issues to be returned when using the hasLinks keyword.

Can you please confirm if you have ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud installed in your instance as the steps above will only work if you have ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud installed? 

If you are using ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud and are still having issues then can I please ask you to raise a support ticket in the support portal located here so that we can advise further on what is causing this issue.
