Why can't I add specific user to administrators group? We are using standard plan, no user limitation.
@kevin319 It looks like this is to do with your purchased number of user licenses. By adding the user to this group, you are giving them a license for all products which have the administrators group assigned to.
If you go to System Settings > Manage subscriptions, you will see how many user licenses have been used up for each of your Atlassian products, so I would check to see if this has reached it's limit. If it has, you will need to purchase some more licenses, or remove licenses from existing users
