grant access

i have used the trial version of jira, and i added 13 users,

now after putting the billing and creditcard , it's written I will be billed on end of the month for the users I am using, but then if i go to application i can se JIRA for 5 users, adn I cannot grant to more. in fact the other users a part those 5 cannot see anymore anything. how to solve it?

It sounds like you have not added the missing 8 users to the right groups.  Compare the groups for one of the 5 users with one of the missing 8 (it's probably "JIRA users" group that's missing)
