Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a Jira retro plug in that is available for free? if not, what's the best plug-in to have retro as a tab option in jira.

Assuming you are talking about "retrospectives", you can search the Atlassian Marketplaces for free apps based on the project (jira), the hosting (cloud), the cost (free), and keywords.
