fileviewer was either missing or disabled?

After comparing our live site to our development site, I've realized that the dev site is missing a system add-on, specifically "Atlassian JIRA - Plugins - File viewer plugin".

How do I go about putting that add-on back into our dev site? Neglecting of course how it went missing to begin with.

I was able to locate the fileviewer jar in our production site at:

/opt/atlassian/jira/atlassian-jira/WEB-INF/atlassian-bundled-plugins

Once I copied the jar into our dev site and rebooted it, it was recognized immediately.
