fail to create atassian.net site adress

try multiple times but cannot create my atlassian site, I register using my personal google account

Hello @Cindy 

If Atlassian already shows an Anonymous ID during site creation, I would not keep retrying the same flow.

Please contact Atlassian directly and include that Anonymous ID in your request, because this usually points to a backend provisioning problem rather than something you can fix from the browser side.

Eventually try incognito mode in browser.

Thanks Arkadiusz for your reply! but may I know how can I contact Atlassian? in the error notice there is a link, when I click the "contact support" button, it directs me to page https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact, then I select technical support-raise a ticket, it finally directs me to the community...1.png2.png3.png

I apologize for delay on our end!

If the issue still persists, I recommend the following troubleshooting:

  • Incognito Mode: Use a private window to rule out ad-blockers or cache.
  • Network Switch: Disable VPN/Firewall or try a mobile hotspot.
  • URL Check: Ensure the name is unique. If it says "taken" but you just tried it, it may be in a "ghost" state.
  • Domain Check: Try a personal email to rule out corporate domain restrictions.
  • System Status: Check status.atlassian.com|http://status.atlassian.com|status.atlassian.com for provisioning outages.
  • Capture IDs: Note the Trace ID or Correlation ID for Support.

If all of the above mentioned steps do not remedy the issue, please raise a ticket with our support team.

Please take these steps to get help:

  • Visit our Support portal.

  • If you can't log in to the portal, select "Unable to log in" from the options provided.

  • Provide your email address.

  • How can we help you?-> Other.
  • Skip Provide the related URL, SEN, EN or invoice number (if applicable) field.
  • Describe your issue.
  • Submit a ticket.

Support team will be able to look into the problem and help you resolve any outstanding issues.
