export - import csv incidents - cant see them in Kanban board

Hello!

 

I have exported .csv file with my open incidents, so I can migrate to the new jira we have in the company, but I cant see them in the project board.

I only can see them through My Open Incidents.

 

How can then be showed in Kanban board? kind regards

Welcome to Atlassian Community.

Is your new JIRA board in a Next-gen or in a Classic Project?

To display your imported issues on a classic Kanban board, I recommend you to check the following:

- Navigate to the Board > Board settings > General 

- Check if the filter of the board is properly configured to return the new imported issues. If it is not, Click to Edit Filter query to edit your board filter to include your imported issues

- On the same Board settings page, click on Columns. Check if the statuses of your imported issues are properly mapped to your board columns.

If your new Kanban board is on a Next-gen project, I'm afraid that you will not be able to add the imported issues to your board unless your issues are properly added to the same next-gen project.

That been said, you would need to move your issue to the next-gen project in order to display it in the board.
