export all issues and any attachments to CSV or Excel

we have a very old version of Jira, I believe 4.4.5, that we need to export all issues and all attachments to a csv, excel or pdf. Is there a method to export everything as requested or are there plugins that will satisfy this need?

I'm not sure, but I assume you refer to our Better PDF Exporter app (which used to be called PDF View Plugin). It has a version that is compatible with your old Jira and also a Better Excel Exporter.

With all that said, updating your Jira is recommended!

It appears there is a PDF view plugin. I did not know if it was version specific.
