Please, can anybody help me? I'm trying to assign a ticket to the responsible user and I'm seeing the following error.
cannot assign items to user 'ug: especific user'.

Has that user successfully logged into the Jira instance at least once before?
Is this a Company Managed project or a Team Managed project?
If it is a Company Managed project, is the user a member of a user group or project role that has been granted the Assignable User permission in the Permission Scheme associated with the project?
If it is a Team Managed project, has the user been granted the Member or Administrator role in the project?

- Yes, the user has successfully logged into the Jira instance previously. Even his name appears as an option to assign, but when clicking the screen shows this error. This task was opened through the Hash Request Center, but tasks opened directly by the board, we are able to assign them.
- It is a Team Managed project.
- Yes, he have already received the role of admin member.

Can you assign other users to requests opened through Hash Request Center?
The image where you show the user has been assigned to a request appears to be from a different project than the project where you can not assign the user to the request. Is that correct? Can users be assigned to any other requests in the same project where the error is occurring?
It appears that the project where you cannot assign the user to the request is a Service Management project, and the project where you can assign the user is a Software project? Is that correct?
For a Service Management project, the user must be granted a license for Jira Service Management, not just for Jira Software. Does the user have a license for Jira Service Management? Your Site Administrator will be able to tell you that.
