Ricardo Cerceau August 7, 2019

Hi all. we are moving one cloud project to other account in jira cloud.

we are using https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/importing-attachments-into-jira-cloud-using-csv-external-system-importer-966669960.html as reference but still not working.

for example, I changed in CSV file:

13/Aug/18 11:50 AM;amy.ye;VerifyPass.png;https://seedlake.atlassian.net/secure/attachment/17806/VerifyPass.png
to
13/Aug/18 11:50 AM;amy.ye;VerifyPass.png;https://ricardo.cerceau%40readinessit.com:RIT@seedlake.atlassian.net/secure/attachment/17806/VerifyPass.png

Can anyone help me?

@Ricardo Cerceau

You are the 2nd person I am reading their post who is reporting this issue. The other person mentioned that it was working fine until last week.

I will mention it to Atlassian Engineers, by sharing your question.

Hello Ricardo,

From reviewing your notes and steps taken, it looks like you may be impacted by a bug which is preventing CSV attachment imports from cloud to cloud. Further information on this bug may be found at JRACLOUD-68996.

If this is not the case and you believe your issue is different please let us know and we’ll investigate further.

@Fadoua Thank you for making us aware of this post and engaging with us!

Regards,
Stephen Sifers
