Greetings,

I’ll preface this question by stating that I have inherited our Jira situation and I’m very much a noob with Jira admin.

It seems that users who submit a ticket via email and attach either a .mov or .mp4 file a ticket is not created.  The email arrives in the mailbox with the attachment but stays in an unread state.  We’ve tested this with two different email addresses associated with 2 different Jira projects.

We also have a web gui portal for ticket submission,  where you just drag and drop in the attachment.  If a user does that method it works.  We get a ticket created with the attachment.

The video file is not corrupt and is far below the attachment size we’ve set.

We are on-prem running 9.4.20

I’m not sure what to look at for the email issue….any ideas?
