While doing the rest api integration with jira cloud, We have observed below issues:
1> emailAddress field is not coming in some of the changelog histories author field json.
2> emailAddress filed is not coming in assignee field json. This is also intermittent as for some tickets emailAddress is coming.
We were getting emailAddress field in the json while working on premise jira server.
To mitigate the issue for now We are using accountId as fallback value for emailAddress. We would like to know the reason behind this behavior.
