I've added a new hierarchy level and want to configure it to be the highest level in our project. All documentation points to the following, however the Issue Type Hierarchy is not an option listed. Has the option to edit this moved? I have premium and the highest level of admin rights. Thanks!

select "Settings" (gear button) then choose "Issue type hierarchy".

Hi Joe

Welcome to community :)

As a Jira administrator, you can configure your issue type hierarchy by changing the level names and structuring the hierarchy to your needs.

To view the issue type hierarchy settings:

  1. Select Setting > Issues.

  2. In the left column, go to Issue type hierarchy.

I understand you are unable to see this >

Could you please provide the screenshot of view you see?

Thank You,

Prachi
