when creating a Jira issue via the Outlook Jira Plugin, the email attachment is not working anymore.
Does anyone know the problem and has a solution?

The attachment should be a part of Attachments panel above the Attached emails panel.
However, regarding the attached email, it seems I've got the same problem as you (although this worked a day or so ago).
I've raised a Support ticket for them to take a look. I've also shared this question in the support ticket. I'll share any information once I get the reply.

Quick update - the support team has confirmed that this in fact is an issue and that their internal team is working on the same. I'll post an update as I hear back from them.

I've received an update from the support team:
Unfortunately, we don't have a public-facing JAC for this. However, I would like to inform you that our internal team has mitigated the issue, and I request you to validate it.
I've tested creating issues from email and attaching email to existing issues and all seems to be working now 🎉
Could you test it out now?

I know this is an old thread, but my team recently onboard into Jira and I realized that while the emails are added as attachments to the tickets, they do not show up in the Attachments tab of the Project (now called Space). This is a concern for us. Any assistance would be appreciated!

Emails should be visible under the "Attached Emails" panel, while email attachments included in the work item view should be visible under the "Attachments" panel. (as visible in the screenshots above)
Are you experiencing some different behavior than this one?
I'll be honest - we're not using this integration daily so things might have changed in the meantime.
