how can i download the list of issues in the Jira project with configurable fields so that ican create an excel file similar to the SOA excel file we used to create the issues in first place.
sorry not following. If you want to export issues you can do this in a number of ways. Start w/ a filter (advanced search for issues > enter your basic or JQL search) then click the export icon or if on Cloud click the excel/Gsheets icon.
