displaying complete tasks in a plan

Simon Wakeford January 10, 2023

I realise that this is probably by design - as in there is no need to 'plan' for a task or subtask that is complete - but I find the nested hierarchical view in a plan  (Capability->EPIC->Task->Subtask) incredibly useful when trying to view everything related as a whole, completed or not .

The Filters on the plan do not explicitly exclude complete tasks, but they are not displayed.

Anyone know of any way that I can get them to display ?

Just FYI, I'm not using Plans for planning purposes, rather I just want to see view everything related together in one place and have hence created a personal plan that doesn't mess with our resource planners.

Hi @Simon Wakeford

In your plan settings, under exclusion rules there is a setting for that:

On the first line, you can specify how long you want to keep completed issues visible in your plan.

Hope this helps!
