Hello,
We use JIRA with ServiceDesk plugin to provide technical support to our customers (to some of them we provide 24/7 support, to others we don't). I am looking for a solution to create a dashboard which will work like some sort of an activity chart and will allow us to see:
1) what is a number of issues created/updated by all customers per every hour during a week.
2) what is a number of issues created/updated by selected customers only per every hour during a week.
The ultimate goal is simple: to display when the clients are active the most - overall and separately. We need this to be able to monitor average workload and distribute shifts accordingly.
I spent some time googling and looks like the best solution is to export data from JIRA to excel and do all the analytics there.
Is it really the best possible solution or have anyone found a better one? Many thanks
Hey Artem,
If the reports you want to achieve aren't supported "out of the box", a common tool to consider is the EazyBI platform. You can create cubes of information from projects and then manipulate and display those in a more flexible manner.
