delete my organization (123helga17)

Hello, I can’t delete my organization (123helga17).
The “Delete organization” button is disabled, but I have no active subscriptions or sites.
Please remove this organization from my account so I can delete my Atlassian account.

There is a possibility that one of your sites in this org is in a deactivated state. Please share your site name so that we can go ahead and create a support ticket with the relevant team who can assist you in deleting the org.

Can you double check the steps here https://support.atlassian.com/organization-administration/docs/delete-your-organization/ 

I have escalated to support so they can help you if following the steps again does not solve the issue.
