Hello,
I cannot delete my Atlassian account.
I receive this error:
"User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more active entitlements.
User is last billing admin of a transaction account that has one or more non-cancelled subscriptions."
I have already:
Cancelled all subscriptions.
My trial has ended.
My organization is empty.
Billing is empty (no payment methods, no invoices, no billing profiles).
I am the only billing admin.
Goals, Rovo and Teams are still shown as Free, but I cannot remove them.
I also cannot submit a support ticket.
Can an Atlassian staff member help remove the remaining billing/admin associations so I can delete my account?

The same thing is happening with me and it is irritating that there's no manual review for this support ticket, an issue which is a deliberate attempt to keep you hooked in the app until you purchase it.

Please use no Login form in Incognito Window.

I've tried to raise a support request that way. I hope after a fortnight, I won't be able to appear on the sites with my name, but rather as a deleted user. Thanks for sharing though!
