I have just created this task: https://mainstreaming.atlassian.net/browse/DKS-121?atlOrigin=eyJpIjoiNDVhODMxZDdhNjM5NDY5YThmYTc4NWJlYjg1NDczNDQiLCJwIjoiaiJ9

But it is not correct. How can I remove it? Thanks Carla

Hi Carla,

It is not a good habit to delete work items as inevitably you will delete something that should not have been, it will be impossible or next to impossible to get it back.

I suggest you modify the workflow to add a Status for Cancelled or Abandoned or something like that. Then your users can move tickets to that status without the need to delete.

Hi @Carla Beconi looks like you don’t have delete permissions. You can reach out to Jira product admin for this.

Hi @Carla Beconi

This means you don't have delete permissions.

You need to contact your space admin or Jira administrator of your instance.

Here on the community we are users like you and can't access you instance.
