debug log for integration

I have set up integration between OpsGenie and JSM.  I need to debug. I can find outgoing data event in OpsGenie log file.  Where can I find Jira log file for integration.  The Jira audit log does not have events for integration.

Hi Bin,

Logs are not available to users/administrators in Jira Cloud (this is only possible with Jira Server / Data Center). You can try writing to https://support.atlassian.com/ for assistance.
