i want to reactive my domain again and get all test cases come back again

Do you mean that your Jira subscription was deactivated?
When was it deactivated?
Why was it deactivated? Was it deactivated intentionally by an admin, or by Atlassian due to inactivity or lack of payment?
Have you tried to follow the instructions for reactivating a subscription?
