I was using PREMIUM and it was deactivated I want to access the project and change my plan to free, but it doesn't work. What should I do?

Hi @정다희 

I see you have created a support case over in https://getsupport.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/74/GROWTH-101114 I would recommend following up in that case with some additional information about which Atlassian Cloud site this is for.  From what I can see, as a site-admin you should be able to change the plan for your site.

You should be able to do that from admin.atlassian.com. If not, please contact with Atlassian support (support.atlassian.com). They will help you.
