can you help ?
Hi Lewis,
Thanks for your interest in TeamBoard ProScheduler.
I'm Linh from the Support Team of TeamBoard. Currently, TeamBoard ProScheduler supports users to map the date field with Jira, this mean when you input the start/end date in Jira ticket, it will auto populate the data into our app.
To do the mapping, you can go to board setting and select field
Besides, in Gantt chart of TeamBoard ProScheduler allow users to add more column from Jira field (component, label, creator,...) This help the manager manage the project progress easier, they will have a general view for resource allocations
Furthermore, our application also support users to map the link issue. You can go to the setting -> Gantt -> custom the mapping link
If you have any other questions or concerns about our app features, please feel free to raise a support ticket in Support Desk to get further assistance.
Kind regards,
Linh
Hello Lewis,
Alessandro from Ricksoft here. Thank you for testing WBS Gantt-chart!
You should be able to see most fiels as columns on your WBS Gantt-chart by clicking the Downward-facing arrow icon next to any column and selecting Due Date, for example.
For more details, you can take a look at the following KB Article: https://docs.ricksoft-inc.com/wbs-gantt-chart-for-jira-cloud/information-on-the-wbs-display#InformationontheWBSdisplay-Changingacolumnview
You can also add your own Columns based on your Jira fields in the Gantt Settings (Cog Icon on the top right corner > Gantt Configuration > Columns): https://docs.ricksoft-inc.com/wbs-gantt-chart-for-jira-cloud/gantt-column-settings
Hope this helps, but please do let us know if you have any other questions!
Cheers,
Alessandro C.

Thanks for the additional information, Lewis!
By default, WBS Gantt-chart stores the Start and Finish dates on its own fields, but that can be changed.
It is mostly set up like this to avoid unintended changes until you get used to the app.
To change the Field mapping, click on the Jira Admin Cog > Apps and then look for the Issues section under WBS Gantt-chart:
On the 'Issues' Configuration panel, look for the Edit button at the top-right corner of the screen:
Finally, select your Jira's Custom Fields in the Drop-down and update the settings. This should be enough to make WBS Gantt-chart to use your own fields on your board:
From what we have tested, the configuration above should work with Jira Work Management projects as well (based on what I've seen on your screenshot).
If needed, you can double-check which fields your Project is using by going into Project Settings > Fields.
If your fields are listed there, they should be available on WBS Gantt-chart settings as well.
If that is not the case, let us know! We could also schedule a deep-dive session if needed. Just create a new Support Ticket to us and we will get it sorted:

Wish you a great day!
Cheers,
