create issue -->issue type: BUG --> linked issues field is missing

Hi,
lately I can't see the option to link an issue during creation of issue type BUG.

this field been always shown and available to me. 
since lately I can't see and use it anymore.

what could be the problem and how can I re enable this field again?

Hi Slava - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Make sure the Linked Issues field is on the create screen for the project and issue type.
