Can you please try logging in using incognito browser? 

Alternatively delete cache and cookies and try again. 

This might be because multiple Atlassian accounts.

Atlassian is experiencing a major problem in terms of an error in logging in.
For days it only opened for me if it was anonymous eba.

Try in anonymous tab, or another browser. If not, just contact support.
