I have registered as user but I forgot password.I have clicked on forgot password many times but could not receive reset link to my email id

can you provide a screenshot of where you are clicking forgot password? Have you reached out to you site admin?

so it says that the reset link was sent. I am wondering if your spam filter is catching this. Can you check and also check w/ your IT group (assuming you have one).
