i conducted installing JIRA on the AWS EC2(ubuntu)

all install step clear at the terminal

but, DB configuration can't setting

i hope to connect jira-MySQL

browser express [ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED]

please help me...

It means your database server is not allowing JIRA to connect to it. 

You haven't given us any detail beyond the generic error message, so there's not a lot we can tell you.  The database server logs might tell you why it's refusing the connection, but the most likely explanations are either an invalid database user was used, or you've given JIRA the wrong credentials to use.
