confluence data form JIRA shows error

Has authorized between Confluence and JIRA.

But one user's account always see  error in Confluence as attached. Others shows normally. 

in the page of confluence it's a filter of JIRA. 

I try to change browser and computer , this problem always exsits. 

Is there any one meet this situation?  Thanks for any possibilities and resolutions.

What is the filter?

Has the user tried other browsers? Has the user tried clearing their browser cache?

Can you user view the filter results directly in Jira?

We tried different browsers and different computer.  also clearing browser cache .always this problem.
