configurer smtp

Hi,

I'm having trouble with the smtp configuration in JIRA.

The error message is " SocketException : Permission denied: connect" .

I tried many parameters and still have this problem.

Could you please tell me more about this error?

Let me guess... Java 7 ?  Try adding -Djava.net.preferIPv4Stack=true to the environment and restarting.

Hi, Could you please be more explicit about your potential solution ? Where exaclty do we have to add this Java parameter line, userenv, setenv.bat in JIRA ?.. It is actually turning under W2k8R2 SP1 64bits along with : Apache 2.2.22 MySQL 5.5.27 Java 7 Upd 55 (64 bits) JIRA 6.3.1 service launched as Local System Thanks for your help.
