compare issues between two different Jira's

The vendors and we use our own and separate Jira accounts/environemnts.

I'm able to in- and export, with the use of excel, but I would like to update our version with the latest info from the vendor: can I compare the data in a manner that I don't have to check every case manually? Maybe via a tool or plugin?

I will suggest you to use an addon like Exalate.

There are other addon too that you can try like backbone.
