On Dec 27th,8:00~10:30 Beijing time, the company mail address or personal mail address:  can't receive verification code from Atlassian, the note showed altanssian has already sent the verification code. but actually not, nothing comes to my mails.

Check Spam / Junk / Quarantine folders
Ask IT to whitelist Atlassian email domains
Try resending after 30–60 minutes
Test with a personal email address
Ask IT to check mail server logs
Verify the email address spelling
