community license request

For now, I use a free trial of jira cloud for my project : https://azae.atlassian.net
My project is here : https://gitlab.com/azae/outils/junit-xray it's under license LGPL v3. It want to be a gateway between JUnit code and XRay (https://www.getxray.app/\)

How to activate a community licence for free and opensource project ?

I have made and issue : CA-1148060 but in my admin account section i can read :

> Your free trial period has ended on Dec 9, 2020.
