colour code tickets based on status change

Hi,

How do I colour code tickets which have not changed their status since last 4 days excluding tickets which are in status =Closed?

Can someone suggest JQL to try?

Jira V8.5.6

Hi Parasuram - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Go to your Board Settings and choose Card colors

Then create the color you want and put this in for the JQL

NOT status CHANGED AFTER -4d AND statusCategory != Done
