I'm looking for a way to manage recurring workflow tasks and capture data along the way. For instance, a single checklist template will be run/executed by multiple users, and data I'm looking to collect would include date completed of each sub task, numerical or text box fields, date, etc. Are there any Atlassian tools for this?
