change company url?

Hello,

I would try to change the URL of my JIRA cloud:

My URL now https://xxx.atlassian.net/

I want to change it to https://yyy.atlassian.net/

Jira already integrates with bitbucket so I need to take care of it as well.

What is the beat way to it?

This is an often asked and answered question in the Community. 
In Cloud the only way to do this is to reach out to Atlassian Support directly. However, I see you are on Free plan and as such you will not have access to Atlassian Support. Therefore the only option would be to create a new free instance under the new name.

I have two questions then :

1/ if I create new instance I need to migrate all the informations on the current instance and new integration with bitbucket- how I can do so?

2/ If I were a paid user it can be done easily by the atlassian support? If yes doesn’t matter which plan I use?

yes, I believe so, while I have not done this myself my understanding is that support will do this on a limited basis. Limited means they will do it once or maybe once a year maybe. I haven’t seen any official statement on any frequency just know they would decline a request to change repeatedly at some point.
