Hello i have a free accoun and a developer stored al the coding but i cant see where he has stored the coding of my web page

the developer was from india and a freelancer and has left  can any one help m check my account

Welcome. Jira is not a repository application. Would recommend reaching out to the developer to know exactly where they place your code.  If the code or build is integrated with Jira, it is still best to check with the developer to know what ticket is associated with your code checkin or push.
