i cannot share or tag others in the comments with the @ symbol has anyone else experienced this or know the solution?

Can you describe this problem more specifically?
For example, you can't find the user name after typing @, or you can't trigger email notification after entering @somebody.
It would be helpful if there was a screenshot here.
