Hi Jessie - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to associate a project to a new issue type scheme (not the default scheme)?

If so, you should go to the Project, then Select Project Settings.

Once there, select Issues then Types

Once there, click on Actions and then select Use a Different Scheme.

HI @Jessie Li ,

When you click on Associate option, Only projects not currently associated with the default scheme are displayed. So you can select only those project or map those projects to default Issue type scheme.

Looks like all your existing projects are already mapped to default Issue type scheme. so you are not getting any projects to map.
