cannot download the jira agile

When creating project and selecting the jira agile option it says to download first but when doing so it gives unexpected error as "An unexpected error occurred when trying to install JIRA Agile. Please check your internet connection is working. If this problem persists, please contact Atlassian Support."

I have checked the network is fine and I am getting this issue again and again.

Can someone propose a solution to it, need asap.

I'm afraid your check on your network is not good enough.  I've just installed Jira Software on a server and it's worked fine, so it's a problem with your network, not the download.
