Hello,

   I am unable to create classic or next gen projects in JIRA. Can someone help?jira create project.jpg

may be a permissions issue. are you the site admin of this instance? Have you tried a different browser just in case? Have you logged out and back in?

Yes I have done all of that and also am the admin.
