Even when the site name isn't conflicting with existing ones, there are several common reasons this can happen:

Common Causes:
1.Email already associated with another site

Your email may already be tied to an existing Atlassian account or organization. Try signing up with a different email, or check if you already have an account at id.atlassian.com.(https://id.atlassian.com/)

2.Browser cache / session issues

Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try in an incognito/private browsing window.

Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers or privacy tools) that may interfere.

 3.Temporary service issue

Check status.atlassian.com (https://status.atlassian.com/) for any ongoing incidents affecting account creation.

Hi @VENKATESWARLU KURUVA 

If the account already existed, the error message for the site they are trying to create would be different. 

As for the service issue, there are incidents but they are regarding incoming emails.

Have you tried creating your site when you are in the incognito mode as well?
