can't clone issue

We can't clone issues. it only happens in only one project. the other projects working good. Everything looks the same and good. But we receive the error below (attachment) 

The normal users and admins can't clone the issues.

Does anyone have any idea?

Hi Rick,

Take a look at the Workflow for the Project that the clone would be created against. Then look at the Create transition to see if there are any Validators or Conditions that are preventing it. Could be a permission there or a required field that is not getting populated.

Fixed by looking in the workflows and changing something in the conditions
