One of my staff members; woo's father received "change password reset emails" from JIRA cloud. and DO reset password. but he still could not login that using he changed new password
could you help me to reset the password Atlassian side?

If they are still facing this issue, can you please let us know what error they are facing when trying to log in?
Please, ask them to also try to log in on id.atlassian.com and to try using another browser.
