can not close a story which its repository is in microsoft teams foundation

I am new to jira and trying to Dev Complete and close a Story .it requires the link to a git repo in order to update fix version value I guess. our code base is in microsoft tfs. is there any way to close the story without putting in the git repo hash. I am not able to edit the fix versions value manually
