can i uncancel tickets?

Dear All,

we are currently using Jira as a trial version.

Is it possible to uncancel or revert the status of cancelled tickets?

Hello,

It is possible. You need to setup correctly the workflow used for the ticket. Go to project settings -> workflows. Find the workflow used for your issue type and modify it. You can find more info here:
